EVA Care offers quality Telephone and Internet Counseling services.

Work in the comfort of your home, office, car, or anywhere you choose!

More convenient: we have appointments available when you need them: morning, noon, afternoon, evening, and weekends
Flexible length appointments: work for 30, 60, or 90 minutes!

Policies:

All fee rates are negotiated at the first session and continue unchanged unless renegotiated.

Each session is prepaid by credit card, debit card, cash, or check.

Interrupted, discontinued, or missed appointments are charged for the complete hour.

EVA Care will attempt to re-establish connection after any dropped or lost call; your appointment may be discontinued if no connection can be made.

A signed Consent To Treatment / Policies form must be faxed or mailed to EVA Care prior to the start of your therapy.

A signed Acknowledgment of Privacy Practices form must be faxed or mailed to EVA Care prior to the start of your therapy.

Certain treatments may not be available via telephone or internet.

Office appointments may be changed to telephone or internet appointments upon prior agreement with your counselor.

Telephone and internet appointments may be changed to office appointments upon prior agreement with your counselor.
