EVA Care is located 2 miles East of Rt. 17 Exit 66 (Apalachin Exit) on Rt. 434. Take Exit 66. Turn left off the exit ramp onto Rt. 434. Drive 2 miles. You will see EVA Care on your right slightly past the point where Rt. 434 divides into 4 lanes.
